We are happy to bring our practice to you! Sometimes life gets too busy or childcare isn’t an option and we understand that and want to help. We have a MOBILE STUDIO floor and all the supplies to bring prenatal or postnatal yoga to your home. We will customize what this looks like for each individual with a short consultation. We will work on breath and meditation while flowing through postures that are meant for the pregnant body for all trimesters. We will modify the class to help prepare the body and mind for birth. Fitness style classes are also an option!
