THE STUDIO

Your mind, body and spirit are extremely important throughout your pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood journey. We are here to help create space for you with yoga, fitness and doula services. It is The Studio’s goal to bring awareness to how yoga and breath can enrich a pregnancy, positively impact a birth, strengthen a postpartum and energize motherhood. We are excited to meet you along your journey and bring you into a community with others along similar paths. We have many offerings from group classes to private sessions for yoga and fitness, education classes, doula services, mom meetups and specialty classes throughout the month for moms and kids. Know that we are a space for a friend to meet up with, a phone call away, a cup of coffee or tea in the studio or a place for a weighted scale feed. We are here to support you in many different ways!

Kendra is the owner of The Studio and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, with an additional 100 hours of certifications in fitness and yoga, over 100 hours of prenatal and postnatal yoga training, certified birth doula and postpartum doula. She had a dream of opening a yoga studio and it wasn’t until she started going through the motherhood process, she found a need for yoga and fitness to better serve the mom community. During pregnancy, her love for yoga and working out became difficult to know the difference between what she could do versus what she should do while pregnant. It continued to be a familiar situation from pregnancy to postpartum. Kendra also wanted to provide a space that allows for more flexibility and options so that working out and taking care of oneself during the early years of having kids doesn’t feel impossible. The important of natural endorphins is so important during this time. May we inspire each other to live our truest lives.
