Prenatal Lactation Class
Tuesday, Sept 15th, 2026

THE STUDIO + Grace of Life Doula is teaming up to offer an amazing lactation class on Tuesday, September 15th from 6:00pm- 8:00pm! This could be for first time moms or if you need more guidance the next time around! Be informed right away so that you don't miss a second of the instant bond that comes with providing milk to your baby! This class will offer techniques and options along with possible challenges that may arise to help better prepare you for your lactation journey! 5-Week Childbirth Course
Saturdays, Sept 19th- Oct 17th

Join our very own teachers, Meg Duncan & Jessica Llanas, for 5-week childbirth education course offered every Saturday from September 19th- October 17th, 2026, 2026 from 2:00pm- 5:00pm. We create a welcoming, interactive space where your questions are encouraged and your participation is valued.  The price per couple is $350.00.

PelviC Floor + Breath Workshop
Wednesday, October 14th, 2026

The Studio + Peak Pelvic Health are teaming up to create an amazing experience for expecting moms! Peak Pelvic Health will educate on the pelvic floor during pregnancy, tips for labor and what to expect postpartum surrounding your pelvic floor. The Studio will add breathwork exploration to deepen the experience. Pelvic Floor knowledge, and breathwork practice will help you to find calmness and strength in times when you need to learn to reground, recenter and use the tools learned in this class! It will offer a dive into how the pelvic floor functions and should function, natural pain management and stress reducing techniques. This is not a physical yoga class; it is a breathwork instruction in combination with the pelvic floor training. This class is included in the monthly membership; otherwise, it is $75 per momma. Sign up in calendar below.

STARTING SOLIDS + INFANT SAFETY WORKSHOP

We can’t be more excited to announce such a cool offering that has been in the works for a while!  A new style of CPR class that is specific to babies starting to eat solid foods and the knowledge of the App and Company of Solid Starts, which is an amazing way to learn about starting solid foods for your baby!  The Studio has found the perfect match for this offering!  The Mama Coach, Amy Foreman will be offering a Starting Solids and Infant Safety Workshop on Date + Time TBD. Get ready to introduce your baby to solid food with confidence! Whether you plan on starting with purees, baby-led weaning, or a combination of both, this workshop will give you the tools to get started.

We will cover:

  • How to prep your environment and your food safely

  • The signs that your baby is ready to start solids

  • The difference between choking and gagging and how to respond to each

  • A review of the latest American Heart Association guidelines for CPR and Choking Rescue for infants and children – a vital skill for all caregivers

This workshop also includes a 34-page eBook that reviews the CPR skills covered in the workshop. (This workshop does not provide CPR certification and is intended for skill building for the lay public.) Amy Foreman is a Family Nurse Practitioner and brings extensive experience caring for families and patients of all ages. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner since 2009.
