Prenatal yoga circle
In this community style class, you will practice while getting to know other women who are going through similar experiences in their pregnancy journey. This class will help create a community and a safe space to share, learn and find some movement through your pregnancy journey! We will end class with a warm scented eye pillow and scalp massage.
Prenatal Yoga Flow
This is a standard yoga class style that will work on breath and meditation while flowing through postures that are meant for all trimesters of pregnancy. We will modify the class to help prepare your body and mind for birth. If you were told to do yoga while pregnant and then come to find yoga classes aren’t suited for pregnancy, then this studio and class is for you!
Prenatal Yoga strength
In this fun yoga/fitness class, we will work with weights, blocks and exercise balls to keep the body moving, add gentle cardio while strength training that will build stamina for birth and your new mom life. This class allows for layers for each individual to participate that works well for them! Have fun and meet new moms-to-be!
Postnatal Yoga baby
In this community style class, find movement through yoga (must be cleared by your practitioner) alongside your new bundle with other new moms. We want you to enjoy movement without leaving your little one and to meet other moms along the same journey! Gentle movement and baby yoga as well will be offered. Class for babies before crawling.
postnatal YoGa ResTore
This is a standard yoga class style that will flow through postures, meant for healing the postpartum mom. Themes for this class will be pertaining specifically to motherhood and will offer breath and meditation work to relax and find self-care. This class is just for moms to take time to concentrate on themselves! This class is great for moms at any stage of their postpartum journey (must be cleared by your practitioner).
Postnatal Yoga sculpt
In this fun yoga/fitness class, we will work with weights, blocks & exercise balls to sculpt and tone your body. This class will incorporate low impact cardio as well as concentrating on restrengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles after birth. This class allows for layers so that each person can practice based on what works for their body. This class is great for moms at any stage of their postpartum journey (must be cleared by your practitioner).
Mom Drop-In Hours
Drop-in hours are on Wednesdays from 8:30am- 12:30pm. Bring kids 3 and under to play with other kids, to have coffee or tea with other moms or take a little time for yourself to order groceries or book appointments, while we are here to help support you and your littles. You must stay in The Studio the entire time. Come at a time that works for you and naps and stay as long as there is room! This is included with memberships and a $10 drop in if you are not a member.
